We build enterprise platforms, modernise legacy systems, and embed engineering teams across a wide range of industries. Our focus is on quality engineering practices, phased delivery, and long-term client partnerships.
We have a strong in-house team of senior engineers with deep experience across .NET, cloud platforms, frontend technologies, data systems, and AI. With a strong sales background spanning the UK, US, and international markets, he drives Noveltek's commercial vision and growth strategy.
Co-Founder & CTO
Nisha is a passionate technologist and engineering leader with over 18 years of experience delivering enterprise platforms across healthcare, fintech, insurance, and a wide range of other industries. She brings a strong vision for building high-performing engineering teams, a versatile technical toolkit, and the leadership to adapt quickly across domains. As CTO, she sets Noveltek's technical direction and ensures every engagement is built on solid engineering foundations.

Our engineering leadership has hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI-driven systems in regulated and data-sensitive environments. We work across the full AI delivery lifecycle — from data pipeline engineering and model integration through to production deployment, monitoring, and governance.
We build AI into real products, not proofs of concept. Our work spans intelligent data platforms for healthcare insights, automated compliance and risk scoring engines for financial services, and machine learning pipelines integrated into existing enterprise architectures.
